==== Wireless ARTNet node ====

Artnet to DMX node, including an access point for 802.11b/g access.

This project is based on Artnet node by dmxcontrol.de community ([[http://www.dmxcontrol.de/wiki/Art-Net-Node_f%C3%BCr_25_Euro|http://www.dmxcontrol.de/wiki/Art-Net-Node_f%C3%BCr_25_Euro]])

The board has been modded with a more efficent DC/DC converter that also provides power for the wireless access point.

The access point is a Fonera with dd-wrt ([[http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/La_Fonera_Flashing|http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/La_Fonera_Flashing]]).

Finally a simple app have been build for my Android smartphone, using Processing as it provides a simple IDE (the same as arduino, [[http://wiki.processing.org/w/Android|http://wiki.processing.org/w/Android]]). This app, for its simplest first version provides only on/off for channels 1-24, featuring a fade in to avoid trauma to lamps or to tecnician's eyes.

==== Edit ====

This device has been dismantled since it was more flexible to have ArtNEt-dmx interface apart from wifi gateway.

Also, software have been improved.
