It has an adapter from DB9 Male to 2 x PS/2 (DIN) Male & Female. Inside the handheld scanner, the cable attaches to K2 on an aux pcb with a 232 transceiver and the pushbutton switch. K1 on this pcb goes to the real barcode scanner PCB assy.
